Drive Spa Terms & Conditions These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Drive Spa website, booking system, membership programs, and vehicle care services. By booking a service, purchasing a membership, submitting your information, or receiving services from Drive Spa, you agree to these Terms.
1. Business Information
Drive Spa is operated by: RJLS Enterprise Inc. DBA Drive Spa Service Area: San Diego County, California Website: https://www.mydrivespa.com Email: hello@mydrivespa.com Phone: 619-486-9274 Drive Spa provides mobile vehicle cleaning, detailing, and automotive appearance services, including interior cleaning, exterior washing, waxing, paint protection services, sealants, and other vehicle care services.
2. Service Agreement
By booking a service with Drive Spa, you authorize Drive Spa and its authorized technicians, employees, contractors, or representatives to access your vehicle for the purpose of performing the requested vehicle care services. Drive Spa services may include: • Exterior washing and cleaning • Interior cleaning and maintenance • Interior detailing services • Exterior protection products including waxes, sealants, and coatings • Additional vehicle care services selected during booking Services performed will depend on the package selected and the condition of the vehicle at the time of service. Drive Spa reserves the right to adjust services, pricing, or recommendations if the actual condition of the vehicle differs substantially from the information provided during booking.
3. Booking & Scheduling
Appointments may be scheduled through the Drive Spa online booking system, phone, email, or other approved booking methods. Customers are responsible for providing accurate: • Name • Contact information • Vehicle information • Service location • Service selection Customers will receive appointment confirmations and reminders through the contact information provided during booking. Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments using the cancellation link provided after booking or by contacting Drive Spa directly. There is currently no cancellation fee.
4. Vehicle Access Requirements
For mobile service, customers must provide: • Legal parking access • Safe working conditions • Access to the vehicle • Keys or other required access methods If Drive Spa cannot access the vehicle at the scheduled time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. If a customer is unavailable but the vehicle is accessible, Drive Spa may complete exterior services only. Interior services require customer authorization and vehicle access. If access is denied by property management, security personnel, hospital facilities, or another third party, Drive Spa will attempt to reschedule the service when an approved service location becomes available.
5. Weather & Environmental Conditions
Drive Spa reserves the right to postpone or reschedule appointments due to: • Rain • Extreme weather conditions • Unsafe working conditions • Environmental restrictions • Location limitations Customers will be contacted to arrange a new appointment time.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is typically due after completion of service. Customers may choose to pay at vehicle drop-off or before completion of service to reduce transaction time during vehicle pickup. Drive Spa accepts: • Credit/debit cards • Stripe payments • Venmo • Zelle • Other approved payment methods No deposit is required unless otherwise specified. Drive Spa reserves the right to require payment before service for certain appointments, special events, commercial accounts, or other circumstances.
7. Membership Terms
Drive Spa memberships provide recurring vehicle care services according to the selected membership plan. Membership terms: • Memberships automatically renew monthly unless canceled. • Customers may cancel memberships at any time. • There is no minimum commitment period. • Memberships are assigned to the enrolled vehicle and are not transferable. • Unused services do not roll over into future billing periods. • Changing vehicles may require an additional service charge if the new vehicle requires restoration or detailing before entering a maintenance program. Drive Spa reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for: • Abuse of membership benefits • Unsafe service conditions • Non-payment • Violation of these Terms
8. Customer Responsibilities & Personal Items
Customers should remove valuable personal belongings before service. Drive Spa may spend limited time organizing a vehicle during cleaning; however, Drive Spa is not responsible for sorting, organizing, storing, or managing customer belongings. Items left inside the vehicle may be moved as reasonably necessary and placed in: • The trunk • Passenger area • Another secure location inside the vehicle Drive Spa is not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing personal property unless caused by intentional misconduct. Customers should remove cash, jewelry, electronics, documents, firearms, confidential materials, and other valuables before service.
9. Service Limitations
Drive Spa provides professional vehicle care services; however, certain conditions cannot be guaranteed. Drive Spa does not guarantee complete removal of: • Stains • Odors • Scratches • Paint imperfections • Existing damage • Permanent contamination Certain conditions may require specialized restoration services outside the scope of normal detailing. Drive Spa does not service vehicles containing: • Biohazards • Bodily fluids • Mold • Excessive mildew • Needles • Dangerous materials • Excessive trash • Unsafe conditions Drive Spa reserves the right to refuse service or modify services if a vehicle is unsafe or exceeds the level of cleaning that can reasonably be performed.
10. Vehicle Inspection & Existing Damage
Before beginning service, Drive Spa may inspect and photograph the vehicle to document existing conditions. Customers acknowledge that: • Vehicles naturally experience wear and aging. • Older, damaged, modified, or improperly maintained components may fail during normal cleaning processes. • Drive Spa is not responsible for pre-existing damage, weakened materials, aftermarket modifications, or manufacturer defects. Examples include: • Brittle trim • Loose panels • Failing adhesives • Existing paint damage • Damaged aftermarket accessories If a component fails due to existing condition rather than improper service, Drive Spa will work in good faith with the customer to identify a reasonable solution. This may include sourcing replacement parts at customer expense and coordinating installation with an appropriate specialist.
11. Paint Protection, Wax, Sealants & Coatings
Drive Spa may apply waxes, sealants, and protective coatings. Customers acknowledge: • Product durability depends on environmental conditions, maintenance, vehicle usage, and storage. • Durability claims are estimates and are not guarantees. • Drive Spa does not provide warranties regarding product longevity unless specifically stated in writing. Customers may request aftercare instructions to maximize product performance.
12. Child Seats & Additional Services
Child seat cleaning is not included in standard services unless specifically selected as an add-on. Glove box cleaning is not included unless part of a full-detail package. Additional charges may apply for services outside the original booking scope.
13. Satisfaction Guarantee
Drive Spa wants every customer to be satisfied. If you believe your service does not meet expectations: • Contact Drive Spa within a reasonable timeframe after service completion. • Allow Drive Spa the opportunity to inspect the vehicle. • Allow Drive Spa a reasonable opportunity to correct any service-related concerns. Drive Spa may provide a complimentary correction service or exterior wash when appropriate. Refunds may be considered after Drive Spa has had an opportunity to address legitimate service concerns. Drive Spa is not responsible for services performed by another provider after the customer receives the original service.
14. Photos & Marketing Authorization
Drive Spa may take photographs before, during, and after service for: • Customer records • Quality control • Service documentation • Customer communication Drive Spa may use vehicle photographs for marketing purposes. Drive Spa will not intentionally display: • Customer personal information • Private documents • Identifying information Customers may request that their vehicle photographs not be used for marketing purposes by contacting Drive Spa.
15. SMS & Email Communications
By providing your phone number or email address and opting into communications, you agree to receive messages from Drive Spa. Communications may include: • Appointment confirmations • Appointment reminders • Service updates • Payment links • Membership notifications • Promotions • Referral offers • Review requests • Vehicle service photos Customers may receive approximately 4–7 text messages per service depending on appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional text messages at any time by replying: STOP For assistance, reply: HELP Consent to receive marketing messages is not required as a condition of purchasing services. Drive Spa does not sell or share SMS consent information with third parties for marketing purposes.
16. Contractors & Service Providers
Drive Spa may use trained employees, contractors, or authorized service providers to perform vehicle care services. All authorized personnel are expected to follow Drive Spa service standards and these Terms.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Drive Spa's liability related to services provided shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Drive Spa is not responsible for: • Pre-existing vehicle conditions • Normal wear and tear • Manufacturer defects • Aftermarket modifications • Personal property • Conditions outside Drive Spa's reasonable control Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intentional misconduct, fraud, or obligations that cannot legally be limited.
18. Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drive Spa, RJLS Enterprise Inc., its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, or expenses arising from: • Customer-provided inaccurate information • Unsafe service conditions • Customer violations of these Terms • Unauthorized use of the vehicle or property
19. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from services provided by Drive Spa shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration to the extent permitted by law. The parties waive the right to resolve disputes through a jury trial where legally permitted.
20. Changes to These Terms
Drive Spa may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will become effective when posted on the Drive Spa website.
